As part of Live at Sams 10th Anniversary I am thrilled to welcome back Kirsty Bromley who was the first person to perform in our house .
Kirsty emerged on the folk scene with her debut EP sweet Nightingale in 2012 followed by numerous festival appearances at Bromyard Warwick, Moonbeams and Sidmouth festivals.
In 2015 she released her debut album, Time Ashore, launching at Sidmouth festival .
Shortly after this Kirsty decided to move her life to New Zealand where she made the decision to stop performing professionally and concentrate on other ways of pursuing her passion for music. She is at present studying for a Psychology degree with a view to going into music therapy .
Kirsty remains a fantastic singer with a beautiful voice which just keeps getting better and better for those of us who are lucky to hear it.
Kirsty was a major part of Live at Sams in the early days and those of you that started joining us then will remember her . She is returning to the UK once again this summer and I am so excited and grateful that she has agreed to do this one off gig to help us celebrate our 10th anniversary. She will be joined by a few special guests on the night too it’s going to be very special.
Looking forward to this. Saw Kirsty a few times before she emigrated.
